Your Meeting
can last as long as you and your group feels it wants to
But we recommend and encourage a simple 15-20 minute gathering to hand out
one scripture, to read out loud and focus on that one scripture based prayer during that meeting, to refresh and include
other scripture based prayers and needs learned from previous scriptures and meetings. The focus should always be on applying
GOD'S WILL FOR EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOB IN EVERY WAY.
Longer meetings tend to wander off into other matters which should be reserved for another time.
Plus... it takes less than 15 minutes to walk around the building if your group is doing he Prayer Walk, so that fits well.

You can highlight and print out these scripture verses to distribute to the members of your
group

and she will keep you supplied

* Each
of your members should have a copy of the day's verse and thought.

YOUR MEETING
CAN BE AT ANY TIME before or after work or during breaks and lunch,
as long as it does not interfere at all with a person's signing
in at the proper times. THE PRAYER MEETING MUST NEVER BE USED AS, and WILL NEVER BE CONSIDERED AS, A REASON OR EXCUSE TO SIGN IN
LATE OR INTEREFERE WITH WORK FOR ANY PERSON.
As a Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to see
that the meeting ends in more than enough time to arrive at stations and sign in at the proper times.
* We will provide
you with a memo form on this subject for each and every person that joins your Prayer Group. They must
sign and give the form back to you when they join the Prayer Meeting. A copy of
that signed form should be retained by you and a second copy must be given to Pathways2Peace. You can mail or
scan in and email a copy of that form to Pathways2Peace. You should follow up and make sure it was received. This will stand
as your strong defense if the Prayer Meeting is stated and blamed for a person's failure to arrive at or return
to work at the the appropriate times.
